TATTOO INFO - please read carefully! I know this is a big scary block of text but it is very important. Failure to read these terms may result in unexpected fees and inconveniences for the both of us.

booking process:
- after you fill out the appropriate booking form for your location, I will send a money request through your preferred payment method (venmo, zelle). this amount will cover the deposit fee, which will be subtracted from your final price. while everything is subject to change depending on the design, but please reach out to me directly if you'd like an approximation of how much your tattoo will cost. your appointment is not set until I receive the deposit fee.
- I will send you the address a few days before the appointment.
BOSTON: I am accessible by the green and red lines, about a 10 minute walk from the station.
CHICAGO: I am located a 2 minute walk from the blue line! this is my parents home, please be respectful of them and the space they have allowed me to work out of.

general things to know:
- BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: please do not take painkillers, alcohol, or any other blood thinning substances before your appointment. This complicates the process, making it more difficult for me to work with your skin and for you to heal your tattoo. Let me know if you take a prescription medication that affects your blood flow. Similarly, I will not tattoo you if:
you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol (this includes weed)
the skin/surrounding area of the spot you'd like tattooed is sunburnt, inflamed, or affected by any sort of skin condition (I am not quite comfortable tattooing over scars yet!)
Please do your best to wear clothing that allows for easy access to the area that you are getting tattooed. If you have any concerns regarding this, let me know if there is anything I can do to make you feel more comfortable during your appointment!
- I am unlicensed and I do not tattoo out of a studio! I will always follow appropriate cleaning and sanitization processes, including wrapping my supplies, using disposable equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
- METHOD: I use a battery powered rotary machine with disposable grips and needle cartridges.
- PRICING: my tattoos are now priced by piece, meaning there is no hourly rate and the price is based on detail, black spaces, size, etc. while I want to make my work as accessible as possible, please also understand that my artwork, time, and materials (that keep you safe and sanitary!) also cost money.
- RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS: reschedules and cancellations made within 24 hours of the agreed appointment will induce a $25 reschedule fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late to our agreed time, this counts as a reschedule and the fee will be applied!
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: You must be 18 or older to be tattooed by me.

custom designs:
- I charge a $30 nonrefundable art fee for custom designs. This will be collected after we have decided on a design, made all edits, and I have sent it to you. It will be subtracted from the final price at your appointment. (If you think of changes you'd like to make after the art fee is paid, don't be afraid to reach out! paying the art fee doesn't make the design final.)
I do not tattoo customs that are replicas of preexisting art. If you submit a specific image that you'd like tattooed, I will not book you. Rather, if you offer a description and/or "moodboard" of how you would like the custom to be, we will work together and create a design.
- I am interested in working with clients that value my specific art style. If your moodboard doesn't match up with a style that I feel comfortable tattooing, I may not book you, but I am happy to refer you to other artists that may execute it better.
- I try to send you the final design about a week prior to your appointment, but please be patient with me.

By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to the terms listed above, and may be held responsible for consequences that arise.
feel free to send me an email at neocleofe@gmail.com or a dm on instagram @lamb.land if you have any questions. If there is any clarification or transparency that you would like to see listed, do not hesitate to let me know!
